At Poultry Haat, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated information from our platform, you can do so easily.


How to Delete Your Account

You can request data deletion in two ways:


Method 1: Direct Deletion via Mobile App (Recommended)

Open the Poultry Haat app.


Go to the "Seller Profile" (সেলার প্রোফাইল) section.


Scroll down to Account Settings and tap on "Delete Account" (অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন).


Confirm your request. Your data will be permanently deleted after 3 days if you do not log back in.


Method 2: Online Request Form (Web)

If you no longer have access to the app, please email us with your registered details:


Email to: sisoftwereltd@gmail.com


Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Name/Phone Number]


Required Info: Your registered Email Address or Phone Number used in the app.


What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon successful processing of your request, we will permanently remove the following from our servers:


Personal Profile: Name, Email, Phone Number, and Farm Address.


Profile Image: Your uploaded profile picture.


Product Listings: All your descriptions and product images.


Authentication Data: Your Google Sign-In linked credentials.


Data Retention Policy

Grace Period: We hold your data for 3 days after the request to allow for accidental deletion recovery. Logging in during this time cancels the request.
